Arkansas 9/2005

 

The work consisted of installing 4 - 4ft diameter reinforced concrete pipes with preformed inlets, in-line flexible valves and cast-in-place concrete outlet structures with flap-gates.  The project also included levee and access ramp excavation, building of an earthen cofferdam, levee and access ramp reconstruction, inlet and outlet channel excavation and replacement of filter material and riprap.  Lee & Ryan also handled aggregate surfacing and environmental protection.
