Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Utah 7/2005
Site visits to eleven (11) locations within four (4) states to inspect each facility and all above ground storage tanks. Several locations were in remote areas. Met with each facility manager to gain site specific information including key personnel, tank sizes and inventories, existing secondary containment systems, previous reportable spills, drainage pathways, nearby navigable waters, emergency phone numbers, etc. Development of a SPCC place for each site. Project was completed on time and on budget despite high altitudes, remote locations, and distances between sites.
