Lee & Ryan has been award the JOC contract at the FHCC in North Chicago. The multiple award contracts will consist of several task orders at various prices. Items to be completed include but are not limited to carpentry, asphalt and concrete paving, roofing, excavation, interior renovation, carpet, window, and door installments, electrical, plumbing, painting, and stucco. Many of the projects will also include demolition, masonry, fire protection construction, telecommunications and HVAC. Lee & Ryan is honored to be able to serve our veterans and improve their surroundings.
Lee and Ryan has been awarded a contract for the structural concrete scope of work on the Basic Training Complex Phase II – Barracks/Company Ops Facility for General Contractor Caddell Construction and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
The project consists of all necessary foundations, walls, piers, slab on grade, and elevated slab on metal deck to construct two each three story 65,000 gsf barracks and associated site work including sidewalks, concrete paving, and PT fitness yard. The project includes new Arms Vaults, Lawn Maintenance Building, and Fitness Track. This project will require approximately 4,000 cubic yards of concrete, 210 tons of reinforcing steel, and reinforced elevated slabs on metal deck designed for resistance to progressive collapse. The aggressive project schedule allows for both barracks buildings to be built simultaneously and is slated to begin construction in April 2012.

The Lee & Ryan team was the successful bidder and awardee of the Seed Project under the EMAC contract.
The Lee & Ryan team was the successful bidder and awardee of the Seed Project under the EMAC contract to provide environmental services to remediate TCE contaminated ground water at the NSA Mid-South, Millington, TN base. Chemical Oxidation technology will be employed by the Lee & Ryan team to accomplish the goal of reducing TCE and all breakdown compounds to under Federal Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCL’s) at the site.
Lee & Ryan, along with our industry teaming partner TolTest, received Notice of Award from Naval Facilities Engineering Command Midwest (NAVFAC MW) for the Environmental Multiple Award Contract (EMAC).
Lee & Ryan, along with our industry teaming partner TolTest, received Notice of Award from Naval Facilities Engineering Command Midwest (NAVFAC MW) for the Environmental Multiple Award Contract (EMAC). The pool of 5 EMAC contractors will participate in competitive bidding on a diverse range of environmental services and remedial actions at environmentally contaminated sites throughout the NAVFAC Midwest Area of Responsibility. This Multiple Award Contract is for a base period of 12 months with two options year periods for a total award amount of $24M.
In September, Lee & Ryan was awarded the Camp Holland Hutments Project at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (M.U.T.C) in Muscatatuck, IN.
In September, Lee & Ryan was awarded the Camp Holland Hutments Project at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (M.U.T.C) in Muscatatuck, IN. This project, which was awarded under Lee & Ryan’s current MATOC with the Army National Guard, includes the construction of 5 - 24’ x 50’ stick framed structures to be used as housing for military personnel during training. Each hut can house up to 24 occupants with the intent of providing cost efficient and comfortable temporary housing for trainees. The hutments will be constructed as wood framed units with metal roofing and fiber cement board siding. Interior finishes include drywall, FRP, hollow metal doors and frames, windows, and solid surface sills.

Lee & Ryan was awarded the CAJMTC Post Office project under the current MATOC contract at Camp Atterbury in Edinburg, IN.
Lee & Ryan was awarded the CAJMTC Post Office project under the current MATOC contract at Camp Atterbury in Edinburg, IN. The project will consist of re-grading and utility installation, construction of a new concrete foundation and slab, as well as the erection of a 3,500 SF pre-engineered steel building. Lee & Ryan will also perform construction of interior offices to include all finishes, MEP, sanitary, and water services. Upon completion of the building construction, a new concrete ramp, dock, sidewalk, and curbs will be added around the building for site improvements.

Lee and Ryan has been awarded a $708,200 labor only contract for the structural concrete scope of work on the New High School located outside Savannah, GA for General Contractor R.J. Griffin & Company and the Savannah / Chatham County Public School System. The project consists of all necessary foundations, walls, slab on grade, and elevated slab on metal deck to construct the 175,000 sf high school. This project will require approximately 5,200 cubic yards of concrete and an aggressive schedule to allow its opening for the 2012 school year.
Lee & Ryan awarded $447,00.00 labor contract Smyrna, GA
Lee and Ryan has been awarded a $447,000 labor only contract for the structural concrete scope of work on the new Glock Manufacturing Building B Facility located in Smyrna, GA for General Contractor R.J. Griffin & Company. The project includes formwork and concrete placement for 1,100 linear feet of 10’ average height foundation walls, place and finish 80,000 square feet of reinforcing concrete slab on grade, formwork and place and finish for two (2) 100,000 cubic feet cast-in-place concrete storm water detention vaults, and formwork, place and finish 65,000 square feet of associated site concrete paving. The new Glock Manufacturing Facility will require floor tolerances of FF 40 / FL 30 and Class B finish on exposed walls.
Lee & Ryan receives a 15 Million Dollar Award for a PCB Sediment Removal Project in Milwaukee
Lee & Ryan has been awarded the Lincoln Park/Milwaukee River Channel Sediments Project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by CH2MHILL. The project involves the removal of over 100,000 cubic yards of PCB impacted sediments from Lincoln Creek, a tributary to the Milwaukee River. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (Region 5), the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and the Milwaukee County Park District are all involved in this remediation project.
Lee & Ryan was awarded the “Renovate Clinic Space, Building 98, Phase II” at the VA Illiana Health Care System (VAIHCS) in Danville, Illinois.
On June 17th, Lee & Ryan was awarded the “Renovate Clinic Space, Building 98, Phase II” at the VA Illiana Health Care System (VAIHCS) in Danville, Illinois. The contract value for this project was $4,449,000 and is scheduled for completion in 370 days. Renovation of the 36,000 SF of clinical space in Building 98 will include general construction, demolition, asbestos abatement, thermal and moisture protection, MEP, fire protection, utility systems and interior finishes.

Lee & Ryan has been awarded a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Task Order Contract at the Edward Hines Jr. VAMC in Hines, Illinois. These task orders involve primarily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes of work. Task orders will be completed to ensure limited disruption to critical systems at the hospital.

Lee & Ryan was the successful low bidder for the Replace Roof- Building 200 at the Edwards Hines Jr. VA Hospital in Hines, Illinois for a total contract value of over $4.4 million dollars. This project entails re-roofing, building mechanical penthouses and reconfiguring the mechanical systems for Building 200. Lee and Ryan will complete this project concurrently with the Renovate Lobby- Building 200 project. Lee & Ryan is looking forward to serving the veterans of Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital.

Lee & Ryan was the successful bidder for the Renovate Main Lobby- Building 200 project at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital in Chicago, Illinois with a contract value of over $5.8 million dollars. The lobby will undergo complete interior renovations to enhance the aesthetics and create a more dramatic entry. Lee & Ryan is honored to be a part of this exciting project and we look forward to once again working with the great staff at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital.
Lee & Ryan Awarded "Canteen Renovation" Project at Cincinnati VA Hospital
Lee & Ryan looks to continue its run of success with Canteen Renovation projects by coming in low bid on the Cincinnati VA “Renovate Canteen Store & Retail Food Court Project” with a contract value worth $622,397. This will be our third Canteen project in the past 12 months. With one Canteen project already completed in December 2010, at the Hines, IL VA and another nearing completion at the Iowa City VA, Lee & Ryan seems to have found a niche! This Cincinnati VA project falls right in line with our previous Canteen projects and includes general construction, alterations, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. We hope to begin work in late summer of 2011 with a project duration of six months.
Lee & Ryan wins 2 Bay Enclosure for Mississippi VA Hospital
Lee & Ryan’s Southern Division was awarded the “Two-Bay Enclosure Bldg. 26” at the Veteran’s Hospital VA Gulf Coast Health Care System in Biloxi , Mississippi. The project consists of enclosing an existing metal building with walls, and roll-up doors to serve as a vehicle maintenance facility. Additional scope of work to be provided includes electrical modifications, HVAC installation, and interior finishing and fire protection systems. The awarded contract value of this project is $206,800.00
