Convenience Stores – Multiple locations throughout Indiana and Ohio
Over the years Lee & Ryan has constructed and renovated multiple convenience stores for multiple oil marketers. Work has involved the complete site development of vacant lots to active retail petroleum sales and convenience stores. Convenience stores present complex construction projects with the multitude of elements that are involved in the operation of the facility, including accelerated schedules, environmental concerns, and complex systems and controls.
Bank Addition / Remodel – Greenfield, IN
Lee & Ryan completed a 2,000 SF addition to an existing bank, a complete interior remodel of existing space, and conversion of existing flat-roofed building to a hip-roof system with standing seam metal roofing. The interior and exterior of the bank was designed and constructed to allure customers and the community into an expansive customer service area that is warm and inviting space to conduct business.
Corporate Office Space – Greenfield, IN
Lee & Ryan completed a two story 12,000 SF build-out of corporate office space in an existing warehouse. The first floor of the space was designed and constructed to inspire creativeness to be utilized for computer aided graphic art designers to support the company product lines. The 2nd floor space was constructed for executive offices and conference rooms, as well as upper management and administrative support space.
Kennesaw State University Central Parking Deck - Kennesaw, GA
Turnkey labor concrete contract for construction of 1,000,000 gsf precast parking deck for the University System of Georgia.Construction included heavy foundations on auger-cast pile system with associated cast-in-place retaining walls. Scope included placement of all on-grade and topping slabs.
Meadows Regional Medical Center – Vidalia, GA
With a footprint of 155,000 sf and elevated work of over 120,000 sf, we completed this steel-framed project under a turnkey concrete contract, providing all field engineering services, installation of foundations on a Geopier system, elevator pits, loading docks, slabs, and place & finish operations. Project highlights included a complex central energy plant with associated concrete trenches and equipment pads, high-tolerance floor finishes, and decorative hardscapes.
